Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 05/02 and 03/01.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including archery, horse-riding, treetop adventures are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €200.00 ($290.03) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a €50.00 ($72.22) fee.

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 05/02 and 03/07.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 04/07 and 29/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 05/02 and 01/01.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 05/02 and 03/01.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 05/02 and 03/01.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €35.00 ($46.12) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
