Liked: The farmer, we got stuck in the grass as it was so wet. He used pretty much every machine in the farmer to get us out.
Disliked: Leaving

Liked: A beautiful site, surrounded by the best of Derbyshire scenery. From Mam Tor and the great ridge, through Odin Mine to Winnats Pass, Devils Arse and Castleton, I think this is the most interesting valley in England !
Disliked: £20 for one person seemed a touch steep, although the view is worth a thousand pounds.

Liked: Excellent - helpful owner of the site pulled our van from a muddy field after we got stuck! Friendly atmosphere, great views. There is a path that leads to hollins cross, from there you can take on many of the popular walks around hope valley. We will definitely be going back.

Liked: Basic camping with all that is needed. Toilets, sink to wash pots etc. Situated at the bottom of Mam Tor, easily accessible and only just less than a 20 minute walk into the village. Able to hire fire pits and friendly staff. Would definitely go back.
