Can I submit a review?

Yes, we’d love to hear about your experiences - your reviews, ratings and photos help us provide an impartial view of the accommodation listed on Pitchup.com. 

If you are a holidaymaker (not a permanent resident) who has booked through Pitchup and visited and stayed on a Pitchup.com listed campground or holiday park in the last 30 days, you are permitted to leave a review on our website. 

We will then contact you by email the day after your departure date inviting you to leave a review of the campground you stayed at with a link to add a review. Reviews can only be left up to 30 days following the end of your stay.

You can also add your review via your Pitchup account (if you opted to create one at the time of booking) or by clicking on the review button on the reviews tab on the park listing. The option to leave a review will only appear after logging in if you have a non-expired review invitation.

When adding your review, you can also submit your photos of the campground and these will be published in the main gallery. 

Please note that campground managers can opt to receive notifications of new reviews, and may dispute the content of your review if it is factually incorrect or personally insulting. If this happens, your review will be removed from the website pending our investigation. 

Pitchup.com advises reviewers to keep photographic evidence if a review contains allegations which may be serious enough to prompt legal action. We reserve the right to remove any content if we believe that a breach of our terms and conditions has occurred.
