Liked: It’s our second time here and I really like that we can do barbeque and firepit. It’s a massive field so everyone has privacy and own space. The field looks clean and no rubbish, and there’s a river where kids can play. The toilet cubicles are all clean with loo rolls and sink.
Disliked: The road to drive in to the field is very bumpy so maybe the management can sort it.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback Julie, we did change the name to Wild Camping to try and highlight some of the basics in the name. We text every customer before they arrive with a full breakdown of how to find us, google maps is always best. If you speak to the site manager, we are always happy to help with anything. Thanks Again
Enjoyable stay - do not rely on farm shop for supplies onsite.

Liked: Nice open space, option to see live entertainment (we didn’t attend but a nice touch) Adequate welfare facilities and cafe Had a cream tea which was really nice Walks around the area were really nice,
Disliked: Please do not rely on the ‘farm shop’ as we did, we expected farm produce to purchase to cook and have on camp however it was minimal and nothing special, half a fridge full at best. We had to drive 20 minutes out to go to a different farm shop which was amazing. If you rent a fire pit you need £20 cash as a deposit which we were unaware of, and when we came back to get my deposit back my name wasn’t even on the list! Thankfully I had my receipt

Liked: The open space with a river going around the edge was lovely. We especially liked the rope swing. Brilliant toilets very clean and hygienic. Lovely surroundings.
Disliked: Need a sign on entry as just a metal gate so quite confusing to find.

Liked: The guys who run the place are amazing and can’t do enough to help. Beautiful place.
Disliked: People camping blocking most access points to the river as if claiming for themselves. Family/s in next camp playing music till midnight and being drunk and loud despite multiple signs saying no music. Unfortunately one thing organiser failed to shut down.
