Liked: Really great value, lovely place, lovely people. Right next to an amazing walk. Will definitely be back. Toilet facilities quite basic but really well stocked and clean.
Disliked: So much (presumably fox) poo :(

Liked: The site was clean and had toilets available. Plenty of space to pitch up, especially for groups. The pub was very nice with a lovely atmosphere and pretty much on the site.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked: Nice large countryside field across the road from a micro-brewing pub!
Disliked: Just a suggestion to cut the grass in Campsite 2 which was almost a foot long and hard to define the outer boundaries and what was underfoot, with rope fencing midway through the field adding to the confusion of where to pitch.

Overall, not a bad site. Field 2 could benefit from a bit more care.

Liked: Pubs great, some nice real locally brewed beer. Food is fantastic and the hosts are extremely helpful and welcoming. Well worth the price per night for camping.
Disliked: Field 2 camping, grass was a bit too long and there is evidence of dog owners letting their dogs ‘do their do’ and not clearing away the mess.

Liked: This is a basic site but had everything we needed. Plenty of space, welcoming pub, clean toilet. Public footpaths around or easy drive to the coast. Good value.
Disliked: The allocation of field 1 or 2 seemed random. Field 1 looked quite busy but there were only 2 tents and a campervan in field 2 where we were. Don't think I'd have liked it as much in field 1. Bring earplugs.dawn chorus is loud
