Liked: Good size pitches, toilet facilities modern, well stocked shop for essentials, loads of space.
Disliked: Showers occasionally just cold, pitches on a slope so if in a van ramps will be required but wasn't too bad, wifi isn't free but had good phone signal so wasn't a issue.

Liked: Lovely clean site with flat pitches. We were pitched next to our friends and were in a sheltered spot with lovely views. The toilets and showers were beautifully clean and modern facilities. Would definitely come back again- we had a nice walk down to Stoke Gabriel.

Liked: Location was close enough to walk/bus into Totnes though only in good weather. Spacious site with ample room in September and lovely birdsong. Good showers if you could avoid the dirt or worse on the floor.
Disliked: Facilities were very dirty and not just mud as users didnt clean up and there were no staff seen all weekend not even on arrival at 5pm on a friday. Pitches very muddy. Single water point only accessible between other parked up vehicles so felt awkward filling up and disturbing others. Had to pay for wifi which was poor quality. Wouldn't return unless improved.

Liked: Good toilet/shower block with nice showers and kept clean. Electric, car parking and awning included in the price. 16 amp electric is useful as we use an 1800 Watt (8 amp) kettle and so avoid 6 amp restricted sites. The site is located in a good area with a lot to do within 10 miles even on wet days. The site was quiet during our stay which suits us.
Disliked: Most pitches are on a bit of a slope which complicates setting up, and I could not find any drain to dispose of grey water. The approach road in is very narrow (a car and a bicycle could not pass in places) and is quite busy. Do not come to this site if you cannot reverse into a passing place towing a caravan! I met a Lorry and three cars on my way there and had a car and a tractor/trailer behind me. It took about 20 minutes to cover the last 1/4 mile. The reception was unmanned the entire duration of our stay (7 nights), OK as it turned out, but it would not have been if there were any problems. Did not use the WiFi (or even know if there was any).
