On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Dogs

• Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• 10 not included in the rate and payable on site (meter in place).
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €20.00 ($21.56) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/01 and 09/30 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 2 p.m. to midnight and from to between 06/01 and 08/30.
• Reception is unmanned after 1 a.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
