Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Stayed 2 nights and was great. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about area and local bus which leaves just outside the gate into Ashbourne. Toilets and showers are great and warm didn’t use anything else. Dog walk was good as well. Site was well lit and well maintained but may be a little for some.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Well kept tidy site with easy access. Nice dog walking area. Good sized pitches most with a nice grassy area to the side.
Disliked: Noise from the play area (our pitch backed onto it). Not secure, the gates had padlocks on them but they were rarely locked. The closing time of the toilet blocks for cleaning weren't always adhered to so we were 'caught out' a few times.

Liked: Just returned home from 3 nights during bank holiday. We really enjoyed this site, spacious, quite & peaceful. Arrival was quick & easy, a very friendly welcome. Shower block was great, nice hot water straight away. Waste/Elsan point very usable, liked having a the powerful hose, rather than just hose with no pressure, very good for swilling out cassette ect. Wifi was hit&miss, but knowing it was onsite was great. The Nags Head, just down the road provided a delicious sunday roast!
