Electric optional gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Our favourite campsite in a great location. The owners are very accommodating and friendly, the touring pitches are generous with gravel hardstanding and still plenty of grass for the dogs and the onsite facilities are spotless. We would definitely recommend.

Electric optional gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Enormous off-lead dog walking field Clean modern shower block Peaceful site, quiet at night Easy access to site, no narrow roads Cafe/bar on site Nearby bus stops to visit local area

Disliked: Dogs not allowed inside the cafe/bar. Electricity is an extra charge, have to purchase a prepaid card. We hardly used any electricity so wasted money on this.

Electric optional gravel and hardstanding touring pitch

Liked: Nice area and hare and hound inn over the road food delicious and dog friendly

Disliked: Small pitch for caravan and awning and car had to be parked on wet grass between awning and caravan next door with no fire break in case of emergency. Dogs allowed on site but not at the cafe and we were not allowed to sit outside with dog and have a coffee in rain. Although nice pub over the road did whilst having a meal.rather abrupt staff and small toilet blocks for amount of visitors, children’s play area was a mud bath and needs renovation
