Liked: Loved this site. Well groomed large field with plenty of bench tables to camp next to if required. Lots of space, so no need to be bunched up. Great views of countryside. Standard facilities re toilets/showers. Surprisingly also had a chemical waste disposal. Campfires/barbeques allowed. Fresh water tap available at entrance for filling motorhome, although I didn't bother as only staying two nights as driving about during the day. The farmer is very friendly and accommodating. Always on hand to answer any queries and advise local beaches. Will definetly come here again if visiting the area.
Disliked: There are two fields and currently the Washing up facilities are only in one of them. The farmer mentioned to me that he recognises he will need to add another facility in the field I stayed in, which was the most popular of the two fields. Did not spoil my stay however. Most people seemed more than content.

Liked: Very friendly, took payment by phone at your pitch. Wooden picnic table delivered by pickup to our van- amazing service. Absolutely stunning views and nearby walks. All facilities were basic but kept immaculately clean.
Disliked: Some parts of site are on a slope- easily fixed with 2 wedges we used under one side of our campervan (transit conversion)

Liked: We had a lovely stay at Penn Farm in May 2024. The has a lovely feel to it - the camping ground is situated on a farm, close to Lyme Regis. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The showers, toilets and washing-up sinks are sizeable and clean. The site could accommodate many more pitches; however, the hosts are sensible and maintain the number of pitches relative to the toilet and shower facilities available, meaning that despite there only being two showers, there is never a queue. There is a very handy charging shed with several plug sockets for you to blow up your camp beds and charge your phone. The site felt very safe and secure and so we left our devices charging for several hours and returned to find them where we left them as we had expected. There is also a fridge and freezer for quests to use - both were very, very clean as if brand new. The views from the lower field are lovely and the site has a rural feel despite being very close to tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend this site and we will return in the future.
Disliked: Nothing - the site gets five stars from us!

Liked: If you're looking for a really nice basic campsite Penn Farm is for you. The toilets and showers were super clean. Facilities include fridge freezer, phone charging, picnic tables for most pitches, chemical toilets disposal, fresh water. Views are great and plenty of walks available. The owner was pleasant to talk to and only a phonecall away. The price is amazing however be aware there are no hard pitches or electric hooks ups. We had a lovely weekend. Thank you Penn Farm

Liked: Penn Farm is in a beautiful green valley, a great location, lots of room on the site. We walked into Lyme Regis each day using different routes, the quickest is about an hour, avoiding walking along roads. We booked here to escape the noise of the town and were glad we chose this site, we would book again. The toilets/showers are clean and the washing up water is hot. Nigel was friendly and obviously knowledgable about the area.

Liked: Lovely site. Clean and well kept facilities. Friendly owner and it’s a very dog friendly site. Would be tricky to drive down to the bottom pitches in the wet (I don’t have a 4 wheel drive)

Liked: Lovely big field with plenty of space between pitches. Toilets and shower were kept tidy and clean. Handy shed with fridge freezer to put freezer blocks, chilled food etc in. Campsite has the Monarch Way and Wessex ridgeway trails passing through. Nice walks following these trails to Charmouth ( 2hrs) and Lyme Regis (1hr). Second time staying on this site and will definately stay again. Nigel very friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any questions you might have.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
