Me gustó: When I arrived inwas in distress as my camper battery light had come on and there was issues with the altinator bracket had come loose. The man running the site helped without question and fixed it all for me. This meant so much to me as I was anxious about driving it home the next day. The kindness and selfless behaviour has made a mark on my heart and I have recommended the site to all my family and friends. And also most importantly all profits go to their animal rescue centre which is also on site. Thank you so much xxx

Me gustó: Clean site, friendly hosts, close to public transport. Great for families. Play area and space for ball games.

No me gustó: Pitches to close together. None to very little phone signal and WiFi connection.

Del administrador: The pitch sizes are advertised and have been extended from last season, but unfortunately people are using larger tent i.e. 2 people in a 6 /8 man tent we are not able to extend the pitches or if we do the price would double? One answer is to book a double pitch if you need more room but it would cost double the price or we could start charging for the size of tent instead of per person? We did place you in a quite area due to your husbands health condition, thank you for recommending us to friends and we are sorry you feel unable to visit again. Me gustó: Loved the people there very welcoming, great food, kids enjoyed the park had a big game of kick rounders with a few of us, enjoyed our whole experience

No me gustó: How far the toilet was from pitch 2

The toilets are not that far and placed where the electric fittings are so you have flushing toilets and lights plus to keep you fit for your next visit. Happy camping Marj, J & J

Me gustó: One of my favourite stays. Clean site. Short walk into Dyserth. There is a disused railway walk into Prestatyn. We joined this further down the route going behind the waterfall first. The rustic showers are clean and the water is hot and free flowing. I made a mistake on my booking but this was quickly resolved.

No me gustó: Having to camp where they put you big field but tight on top of each other

Del administrador: Part of the campsite 2 was temporary closed as the weather (rain all over the county) was extreme, you had a 4x4 tent with the 2 of you and our pitches are 7m x 12m so a little confused and yes they are allocated pitches for H & S. Thanks for the recommendations to friend and family and the pitch sizes will still be the same should, you visit again and you will be very welcome. We don't have WiFi as most people have their own roaming provider these days. North Wales is a beautiful area and we are on the edge of the Clwyd range of outstanding natural beauty and the views from our site of the surrounding hill is lovely M & Family

Me gustó: Wonderful site for quick night away. Super people, clean and services. Also cheeky drink at bar a great option. Lovely breakfast too
