Ballinacourty House is in a quiet, unique family-run park in the beautiful Glen of Aherlow. Our park provides a well equipped and relaxing environment for a short break or family holiday. Our central location means that we offer the perfect base to explore south of Ireland. Onsite facilities include 6-amp electric hook-up, washrooms and showers with free hot water, baby change and bath, kitchen with gas cooking hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing-up area and a laundry room with ironing facilities. We also have a television and games room, children's playground, mini golf, tennis court, small seasonal shop selling tea/coffee, ice pack freezing and camping Gaz. Recycling point (glass, cans, paper and plastic packaging) and chemical disposal are also available. Food options include a restaurant and takeaway pizza meals.

Itinéraire

We are situated about 9km south east of Tipperary town on the R663 (Bansha to Galbally road) and about 1km from the village of Lisvernane. From Rosslare Follow the signposts for the N25 to Waterford. Take the N24 to Cahir; at the 'Tipperary Roundabout' continue on the N24 towards Tipperary Town/Limerick. After 6.5km you will see a sign 'Glen of Aherlow Scenic Route' on your left: turn left and follow the road to the end. Turn right, go over the railway crossing following this road. Keep right at the fork and continue for 14km, going through Rossadrehid Village. After 14km take a right turn, then follow the road up until the end. Turn right and immediately left. Follow the road to the top and turn left. Continue up to our entrance. From Dublin Follow signposts for The South/Cork. Take the M7 until you meet the junction for the M8. Take the M8 in the direction of Cork. Exit at Junction 10. At the 'Tipperary Roundabout' outside Cahir continue on the N24 towards Tipperary Town/Limerick. After 6.5km you will see a sign 'Glen of Aherlow Scenic Route' on your left: turn left and follow the road to the end. Turn right, go over the railway crossing following this road. Keep right at the fork and continue for 14km, going through Rossadrehid village. After 14km take a right turn and follow the road up until the end. Turn right and immediately left. Follow the road to the top and turn left. Continue up to our entrance. From Cork Take the M8 towards Dublin. Take the R639 at exit 13 to bypass Mitchelstown. Follow the signs for Dublin. Go through a few roundabouts until you see a signpost indicating the R513 for Ballylanders; take the first exit at the roundabout (first exit). After 10.5km turn right in direction of Tipperary onto the R662. In Galbally take right when you see the Quik Pick shop and turn right again onto the R663; follow the road to Lisvarrinane, go through the village and after approximately 1.5km turn left at the staggered crossroads. Follow the road to the top and turn left. Continue up to our entrance. From Shannon Take the N18 to Limerick City. When you reach Limerick City follow the signs for Tipperary and take the N24. In Tipperary take right at the traffic lights at crossroad in the town centre, pass over the railway crossing and take second exit at the roundabout. Follow signpost in direction of the Nature Park and continue until the bottom of the hill. Turn right and continue for about 1km past the Glen Hotel (not Aherlow House Hotel), After 1km turn right and follow the road to the top. Turn left. Continue up to our entrance.
