The areas around villages like Tideswell and Hathersage are particularly well served for trails, and have the added bonus of proximity to pubs and places to eat.

Glamping near Ashbourne will put you near the traffic-free Tissington Trail for safe bike rides, or you could pick Matlock for a thrilling cable car ride at Heights of Abraham.
