Kedvelték: The super pod was warm, that's very important in the winter. We were allowed a bit more time for check out. Bath robes are provided (for two) for use with the hot tub. The pod was clean.

Nem kedvelték: It wasn't clear which buttons to press on the hot tub, if you press the wrong one the hot tub is cold. It looks hours to be fixed. The owner was very unkind to me, I was crying to her about the stay - hot tub out of use and nothing to do. She was defensive, rude and told me to go to Stratford Upon Avon. There is nowhere to eat inside the pod, the dining table is outside but it was far too cold to sit and eat outside. There isn't anything to do there and not worth the prices as the super pod is expensive and very cramped.

Kezelői megjegyzés: Many thanks for your review we welcome all customer feedback positive and negative. Your hottub was at the correct temperature upon arrival and had been inadvertently turned down. There were instructions both inside and outside the pod and a member of staff had also explained how it works. Unfortunately when the hot tub temperature has been turned down significantly for a long time it will inevitably take a long time to heat back up. The tub was checked for faults immediately but to get back up to temperature, does as you know take a while to reach maximum temperature again. We were so surprised you felt there was a shortage of activities to do during your stay. We have 350 acres of beautiful countryside to explore along with friendly animals onsite and many local attractions including Stratford upon Avon, Henley in Arden and Warwick Castle to visit. However, we do appreciate your thoughts and we are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay with us.
