Ik was blij met: Lovely quiet site surrounded by beautiful scenery next to lake and stream. Pub restaurant on site, friendly staff lovely food . Showers/toilets immaculate

Ik was niet zo blij met: 2 wet rooms containing shower and toilet, so expect a wait. Constantly dirty with full bins. No hand soap. Farcical set up. Didnt allocate spaces so someone was in our electrical pitch without using electric. Pointed in the directon of a field and basically wished me luck. Cant park next to your pitch which is a nightmare having to carry your stuff. No wifi. Lights off at 2330 is not enforced. Site was invaded by scousers looking to party and nothing was done about it. 2am there was a huge fight with serious threats made, police called out. Site security or owners nowhere to be seen until next day. Got zero sleep, and had I brought my kids they'd have been traumatised.

Ik was blij met: Good price, close to the National park and in a lovely setting

Ik was blij met: The views were great and the pitches were good that they had stones, grip.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Showers were in the toilet cubicles and so when two people were taking a long shower I had to wait 20 mins for the toilet.

Ik was blij met: Clean toilets, great space, great location, nice views, use of fire.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Use of music. Wasnt peaceful. Large groups of youths. Small group of inconsiderate people 2 men 1 woman 1 man was kindly asked to lower the music he ignore and hired it then was very rowdy after midnight. Weekend cut short due to this. Could hear vehicles from main road. Tv use yes tv use.

Ik was blij met: Lovely little camp, Good pub!! Area was clean, grass well cut.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Not a dislike as such just a recommendation - nowhere to hang clothes or put toiletries in the bathrooms, could do with some hooks and a small shelving unit for us women who have a lot of stuff 😂

Ik was blij met: Liked everything from minute we got here the staff are so friendly. We had trouble finding an electric hook up as I think we got here last and one didn't work but cosied up close to another van and found a working hook up. The food is amazing high quality nosh a little pricey but worth every mouthful. Daughter liked the games room and had a game of darts. Showers nice and hot next morning will defo stay again.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Some woman bunked in front of us in the queue for food that's not a slur on the site just other ignorant people.

Ik was blij met: Spotless facilities, pub on site with excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices. Free games like darts and pool an added bonus

Ik was blij met: Fantastic shower block and toilet facilities. Staff are very welcoming, informative and friendly. Food at the site pub is incredible. The site is well kept and clean overall. Beautiful surroundings and a great quiet atmosphere.

Ik was niet zo blij met: It is a shame there is no play area for the children on site. The facilities did get rather smelly on the second day that we were there and could have been cleaned. Unfortunately, there were a lot of dog owners that left there dog poop around the lake area. Maybe some bins?

Ik was blij met: Toilet and shower facility was very clean, there was a sink and basin and microwave in a heated room also within the same cabin. Small site that was family friendly. Pub was also lovely.
