Situated in Jard sur Mer in the south Vendée, Camping La Ventouse is an exceptional site in the heart of an oak forest. We are only 500m from the town centre and 380m from the beautiful harbour and several Blue Flag beaches. We are a family-owned and family-run campsite and will do our best to guarantee fantastic holidays. The site has excellent facilities including an heated outdoor swimming pool and a paddling pool for kids. A multisport area is perfect for a game of volleyball, basketball or tennis. You will also find a pétanque court on site. We offer free a wifi spot as well as the usual washing-up, laundry and drying facilities. Gas barbecues can be hired on site. A small shop is stocked with basic provisions.

Whether you're a sunbather, you like exploring rock pools, or walking the dog; we have everything that you need. - Three weekly markets including the Thursday night market by the harbour. - Nightly entertainment by the harbour during the summer. - Walking and cycling paths are readily accessible. - There is a wealth of different sporting activities available, such as watersports, horse riding and golf. - For the kids, we are close to a variety of adventure parks (which offer treasure hunts, Accrobranche tree climbing, and paintballing) as well as zoos and aquariums. - Visit the unmissable Puy du Fou (rated one of the word's best parks in 2012).
