Likte: Lovely campsite in a great location. The toilets and showers were very clean. Nothing not to like.

Likte: Nice site, check in was easy, tracks and fields well maintained. It is a basic site but that’s all we needed. It has good showers, plenty of fresh water points and the toilets are ok and there is enough for each field.

Likte ikke: Only bad point is the track has very little passing points so got stuck every time we came or left but it is what it is

Likte: Location for walks. Scenic site with nice views. Toilets and bins regularly tended to.

Likte ikke: Fields flooded (had been a lot of rain), single track lane to get onto site is awkward when another car is coming the opposite way as it’s a long track with not many pulling in areas so one needs to reverse some distance to allow the other to pass.

Likte: The location of the campsite, close to plenty of walks and pen-y-ghent. Fair price for pitch in the area.

Likte ikke: Single track road in and out of the campsite not many passing places. No clear signs for reception/check in, only one sign as you enter the campsite.

Likte: Nice campsite next to the river. Plenty of toilets. Would definitely return! 15 minutes walk to Horton village 😄

Likte: Big field with lots of space to pitch up like the fact you can choose were you pitch.

Likte ikke: No hot water in toilet blocks on field and lights do not work in the toilets. Long drive down single track road had to reverse multiple times as no room to pass.

Likte: Amazing location with great views. Close enough to walk to pubs and a town a short drive away

Likte ikke: Very few toilets and no lights around them. The lights in the toilets also didn't work, but otherwise a perfect stay!

Likte: Location, price, facilities were adequate for my needs, plenty of space, able to park car next to tent and level pitches. Great for the Yorkshire 3 peaks.

Likte ikke: MAKE NOTE: THE OWNERS ARE VERY STRICT OVER THE QUIET HOURS. The site is very basic. A few toilets which were clean, but the site was practically empty on a bank holiday weekend so this isn’t surprising. The booking states that there are shower facilities but we couldn’t find any so we didn’t use. The drive to the site is down a single file road with stone walls on either side with only one passing place. Luckily we didn’t meet anyone coming the other way but reversing all the way back with the back of the car full of camping gear wouldn’t have been ideal. The camp site states it has quiet hours between 9pm-7am. Other sites that I have stayed at have suggested quiet hours however you are still able to stay up past this time. Not here. So if you want to sit up with a camp fire and bbq book somewhere else. The owners are very rude. I feel the price we paid is too high for this particular pitch which is probably why they were so empty on a bank holiday weekend.

Likte: Nice views, flat pitches, showers were good and free, toilets basic but kept clean.

Likte ikke: No lights in the toilets - they are dark even in the daytime. Hot water only available at one point.
