Likte: Lovely quiet site. Met on arrival and shown to pitch. Washrooms immaculately clean. Little bar on site was a bonus.

Likte: The facilities are immaculate, very warm with heated floor. Little club house on site with friendly staff. Drinking water on every pitch. Scenic and very relaxing..

Likte: Facilities are outstanding, club house was really good and well priced, close to monk cross shopping centre and easy access to York to leave car at outlet and get bus into York.

Likte: A wonderful, peaceful site with huge pitches hard standing pitches and some lovely landscaping including a very pretty lake with an island in the centre ( from which we saw a huge heron gracefully take flight on our first evening). We were greeted by friendly staff to show us our pitch and brief us about the facilities. The toilet and shower block are fantastic! Spotlessly clean and toasty warm. Loved the eco friendly vibe, the nature trail and the sound of the curlew.

Likte ikke: Not a dislike as such, but useful for campers to know the toilets are closed between 10:30 and 12 daily for cleaning. Also the bar has limited opening hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You need transport for this site as shops and pubs are not really within walking distance.

Likte: We only stayed a couple of nights, but will stay again. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The pitches are big which was good, as we had 2 cars.

Likte: The site is beautiful, well laid out and standard of facilities second to none. Onsite bar is excellent. The site is well run by a lovely couple who were very welcoming, helpful and hard working.

Likte ikke: The hard standing pitches can be very difficult to knock awning pegs into - take a good hammer and good quality pegs and plenty of patience

Likte: Very quiet bar had a lovely atmosphere Very clean toilets

Likte ikke: Children are not allowed only in the cabins which is not alot for them to do as they cannot attend the bar I think if they had a park and food it would make it even better

Likte: An incredible place to stay - staff extremely helpful and friendly, toilets & facilities clean and easy to access, location is lovely, not too far from anything but far enough to be in the middle of nature. Would definitely recommend for adults and kids alike!
