Charlie Bassetts

Polubione: This is the second time we have stayed at Charlie Bassett's campsite and it won't be the last. The pitch sizes are very generous, providing ample room for vehicles, awnings and outdoor furniture. The facilities are excellent and clean and the pub provides fantastic food. The surrounding area is extremely picturesque, set in a beautiful part of rural Staffordshire. The campsite is kept extremely clean and is well maintained.

Polubione: There was a mini festival which was brilliant which only went on till 10pm. Outside bar was open and a great menu for food. Site is great with a shower and toilet and kept clean

Niepolubione: WiFi not good on site Okay in the pub But can manage for a weekend

Polubione: Beautiful location and pub. Beer garden has beach bar vibe in the midst of peaceful Staffordshire countryside. Despite lots going on at the pub our pitch was still quiet which was perfect

Polubione: We had a lovely stay on this campsite. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The guy who owned it always came to talk to us to see if all was OK and told us a few places to go to.

Niepolubione: The food options were not great as they had changed their menu. And the only other thing was they only had one toilet and one shower but apart from that all was good.

Niepolubione: Only downside sharing designated facilities with outside non campsite users when busy with public house.

Polubione: Good location Great views Little park and animals are a nice touch to entertain kids Friendly atmosphere and good food and entertainment on site Another park about 3 mins walk up road Received a text on morning of stay which was a nice touch

Niepolubione: Could have more showers as only one on site.

Polubione: Good location, beautiful countryside and the pub is handy with friendly staff and nice food. Pitches sizeable and well kept.

Niepolubione: One toilet plus a shower/toilet combo - not enough for the number of pitches.

Out of 100s of reviews we are Scoring 9.5 average so most things must be RIGHT .
