Admissão

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Chegadas e partidas

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Geral

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The grocery shop is open between 17/04 and 14/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 17/04 and 14/09.
• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Impostos

• As taxas municipais e ambientais estão incluídas na tarifa.

Ocupação

• Não são permitidas festas de despedida de solteiro(a) através do Pitchup.com.
• O parque de campismo apenas aceita reservas de famílias (membros diretos) e casais. Não são aceites reservas de qualquer outro tipo de grupo.

Piscina

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 17/04 and 14/09.

Receção

• A receção está aberta entre as 09:00 e as 17:00 entre o 17/04 e o 14/09.

Segurança

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• São permitidos churrascos, desde que sejam elevados acima do nível do solo e sejam sempre supervisionados por um adulto.

Veículos

• Não é permitida a circulação de veículos entre as22:00 e as 07:00.
• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitantes

• Os visitantes devem registar-se na receção e pagar a sua taxa de entrada.
• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
