喜欢: The campsite was perfect - good field on a working farm , very well organised camping with excellent facilities including breakfast pizza and superb coffees - 3 pubs that served food within a few miles walk - we loved it and will definitely use again

喜欢: Reasonably quiet campsite, clean facilities, well stocked on site shop should you need essentials, unlimited pitch sizes, friendly, helpful owner. Separate fields for adults / families. Dog friendly. Campfires allowed. Lovely walks along the Limestone Way. Some nice views.
不喜欢: Pitch fields hilly & found it difficult to find a flat pitch with no ditches & not on a slope. Cars speeding along the road on the campsite which clearly states 10mph. Only 5 toilets & 5 showers for the whole campsite, which you can imagine, is extremely busy in the morning! WiFi poor at the bottom end of the site.

喜欢: This was a perfect site! I arrived close to closing and they were incredibly helpful with food and a fire pit. Being a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here.

喜欢: What a lovely little site. We spoke to 2 different women at reception on different occasions and both were really welcoming and polite. The toilets and showers were clean and warm and hot water in both showers and pot wash. Nice little conveniences, some that are 24/7. The ground was really wet so they were keeping vehicles off which made sense. Nothing was a problem. Me and my little girl really enjoyed staying there even with the wettest and windiest of weather. The family shower room was a bonus. Showers were 20p for 2 mins so make sure you have change. We didn't mind that at all. Plenty of walks around from the site. No WiFi which doesn't bother me but signal was decent enough on O2. There is WiFi in the reception if you need it
不喜欢: Not that this was a problem for us but a lot of the site is on slopes. There wasn't much flat ground. We were there at a quiet time so had a lovely flat spot but just something to be aware of at busy times if you're in a tent

喜欢: Very welcoming reception by helpful staff. Great site, ideally placed for long walks with lovely scenery. Would recommend to friends/family and would come back again.
