喜欢: The staff were incredible!! Every single member of staff was so happy, friendly, willing to help and go the extra mile. They really made our stay amazing. The entertainment was classic British holiday park entertainment. I loved it all and the troupers were superb! Full of energy and got all the kids involved. The food was great also especially the bubble waffle ice creams they were a big hit with all the family.
不喜欢: The only thing I would say that could do with improvement would be the washing facilities. That weren’t horrendous but could do with improving. I originally wanted to book an electric pitch but was told there was no availability however during my stay I saw several available pitches not being used which was frustrating.

喜欢: Amenities were ok and the location for the beach and the staff were helpful
不喜欢: We were given our pitch which was under water due to the storm the previous night, would have thought they would have moved us as it was not budy

喜欢: A nice park. Lovely staff. Lovely beach and walks nearby.
不喜欢: Toilet block was filthy whatever time of day you tried.

喜欢: Quiet at night
不喜欢: Pitches too small and far too close together also very muddy. Toilet block was inadequate for the number of pitches the floor was always wet and it was not very clean. It appears that no thought or consideration is given to campers and tourers. Public buildings old and tired pool closed most of the time. This is the second Parkdean we have pitched in and the second time we have been disappointed.

喜欢: Location is good and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
不喜欢: Guy cutting the grass on lawnmower for two hours. Surely do that before we have to check in? We couldn't check in till two but then still had to listen to his racket of a machine.

喜欢: Site was very clean. Shower block was cleaned twice a day, be careful though as floor was wet & slippery. Facilities for washing up & grey waste available. Boatman bar have special offers on meals, breakfast was good. Also, nice pub up the road for good food (fish & chips good, piece of fish was massive).

喜欢: The staff where always friendly and welcoming. The entertainment even though it was the end of the season - was high energy
不喜欢: The female shower room always looked dirty and unhygienic. The floor was always flooded with water coming from the ground (possible leak) and this made the flooring raised with large water bubbles. Also the outside pool need a paint job to refresh it as it's looking outdated

喜欢: Loved it was so close to the beach.
不喜欢: Only 1 communal toilet/showers which were far away from where we was staying and the floors had water everywhere (slip hazard) beach is very stoney... get yourself some beach shoes even in the sea lol not a lot around and show bar is expensive. Our food in restaurant wasn't great but maybe it was just ours
