喜欢: Relax atmosphere. Beautiful location. Really liked that cars are not allowed on the site. It was really refreshing not to hear car doors slamming. Facilities were beautifully clean but would've preferred more. We saw the Northern lights after everyone else had gone to bed and what a stunning location it was to see them!! We visited Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby both short drives away. Really lovely site.
不喜欢: The facilities. Only two toilet/shower rooms between the whole camp site. Which meant on one evening after a very hot day the showers were being used and we couldn't get in for a wee and waited for a long while. Would prefer for shower/ wash areas to be separate to toilets as I'll be honest it was a bit of a nightmare when there was 11 tents and it had been very hot and everyone wanted a shower in the evening you couldn't get in for a wee we actually had to walk to the forest for a tinkle which unfortunately wasn't ideal.

不喜欢: The site is on a steep hill which makes it hard to sleep

喜欢: Stunning spot with fab views and exceptional facilities. Nice walk to Falling Foss tearoom and easy access to Whitby and surrounding area.
不喜欢: I loved it but could imagine facilities could be busy in high season.
