喜欢: We had a lovely stay at Weavers. We wanted to enjoy a quick weekend break not too far from London ideally having options to swim or go walking. The weather wasn't so great so we enjoyed lots of walks. The campsite is perfectly situated to get onto the Downs without having to get into your car and there are loads of walking options. The Jack & Jill windmills are a wonderful short walk away with stunning views. We also enjoyed a walk to Devil's Dyke from the campsite with lots more spectacular views and interesting stops (Pyecombe Church is a worthy stop). There are lots of pubs in local villages nearby as well as supermarkets so we felt we had lots of food choices. The campsite itself is lovely being nestled at the foot of the gardens and with a pretty garden and a couple of friendly chickens paying the odd visit to campers. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful to advise on local points of interest. There is some road noise in the distance but it wasn't an issue for us. There is a working a toilet and a small sink but no shower facilities. We were pleased with the friendly overall atmosphere of this small campsite.

喜欢: Beautiful location with plenty of space between pitches. Friendly atmosphere. Close to Downs, train and Park and Ride to Brighton.
不喜欢: Suitable for one night only as nowhere to wash dishes if you want to cook. But that was fine for our one night stay.

喜欢: Great location. Host was friendly and welcoming on arrival and during stay . Able to have a fire pit and purchase logs from host . Site was natural and loads of space for the pitches . Stayed just one night ( which was good as lots of places this is not possible ) which was enough time to get away) as facilities limited to water tap and one shared toilet so not somewhere for a long stay but perfect for a short trip .
