喜欢: Very quiet site, large pitch, hot showers, good wifi - good value for money.

不喜欢: Pitches are on a slope, even with levelling ramps our van was not level and there is curb on your touring pitch wich makes it a bit akward to park up, it is also quite tight between the opposite pitch - might be a challange to manoeuvre large vehicle. Toilets and showers are a bit grubby - need a deep clean. Lights on sensor in toilet/shower block - they do not stay on long enough and you end up showering in the dark. There is a radio in shower block which is on 24/7 - maybe instead of saving on electricity by turning off the lights turn radio off and increase lenght of time lights are on or invest in more light sensors in shower cubicles. Something that surprised us as well was a bin lorry collecting glass waste at 4.20am one morning - as you can imagine it was very loud!

喜欢: Very quiet. Good facilities. Pitches are a good size. Particularly liked that they had a freezer and microwave that you could use.

不喜欢: Facilities are a bit tired but that said they are fully functional so not really an issue

喜欢: The site was lovely and quiet with no children although we did go out of season The site is literally in the middle of nowhere so a real get away from it all place to go Free wifi It was well kept and the facilities were cleaned daily. The pitches were nice and big with plenty of room for our caravan, awning and car. We were nice and close to the facilities.

不喜欢: The welcome was a piece of paper on the door with our pitch number on it. This was recitified the next day with an apology. It was the managers day off so far enough. There were only 4 toilets for the whole site which was fine when we were there because there were only a handfull of people but not so good if the site was full. We weren't given any information on the local area or places to go or visit Being on a hill it was difficult to get the caravan level and stay level

喜欢: Didn’t like anything about the site , we wasn’t greeted by anyone we just got our name on the door what pitch we where so we had to walk around to find it ourselves, the pitches wasn’t that good at all vey boggy , the shower blokes was not up to scratch . Wasn’t given any information about any local shops or any amenities

不喜欢: The children’s play area was not suitable for young children they could climb on the play area and full from the slide , the site was very muddy and not equipped with anything the shower flooded under the door very slippery for young children . Plus we wasn’t greeted by anyone didn’t even see the couple who ran the site ,we wasn’t even given a map off where we was to put up our tent or we never even got a local map where the nearest amenities where , wouldn’t go back again

喜欢: Nice quiet site with clean facilities, good electric hook-up/wi-fi. All worked well and gave us confidence in using our motorhome for the first time. Kids also loved the swings!

喜欢: Lovely clean site. Good size site not too big or busy. Laundrette on site, toilets and showers cleaned regularly. Friendly owners. Local park and shop couple of minutes walk away. Great location for travelling around Cornwall. Pretty central to both coasts. Little climbing frame on tent pitches for smaller children. Lovely sized pitches some even have picnic benches!
