喜欢: Friendly and helpful staff. So much on offer on the camp site for the children to have fun with-large garden games, small indoor l play area, sandpit, circus skills, fairy door trail, treasure hunt, bat detecting. All other paying activities available looked great too. The live music on a couple of evenings was really lovely as was the food available down at the lodge. The toilet/shower facilities were clean and the shop fully stocked with everything you could need.
不喜欢: Nothing to dislike. As a recommendation, a sectioned off area/field would be a great addition for an off-leash dog walking/exercise area.

喜欢: Nice location and good for accessing the Mendips. Big camping area and facilities spread out so don't have to walk far to them. Big area to walk around and live music most evenings. Outdoor games available too. Shop and food options on site but very expensive.
不喜欢: Toilets lacked toilet paper so take your own! Meant to be 3m between tents but some people didn't seem to know camping etiquette lol

喜欢: Friendly staff, great facilities. Kids loved the outdoor games and the older kids loved the charging area in the pavilion especially when it was raining!
不喜欢: Parts of the site got very boggy when it rained making some parts impossible to camp on

喜欢: Toilets showers are great - brand new modern block
不喜欢: How children were allowed to leave parents, wandering the huge site. Causing mahem around other areas, playing football, kicking ball into cars tents. Noise after 9pm still really loud with children from other areas of the site With four small children ( aged 12 months, 2, 6 and 9 )they are usually asleep at 9pm... 10pm noise was still extremely loud with other children causing loud nuisance screaming. Adults / teenagers having partys being loud until mid night No sign of any staff after 8pm even though they live onsite. I was not the only one complaining about these issues I did complain to check in staff

喜欢: The campsite was very welcoming. Nice to have the shop close by and toilets were kept nice and clean.
不喜欢: Our youngest was sick in the night and needed Calpol. We weren’t made aware of any medical support available and would have liked to visit a first aider.
