喜欢: Nothing, couldn't even get on pitch.

不喜欢: Complete bog, couldn't get caravan on pitch, damaged it trying, no other pitches available, staff couldn't offer any solution. Ended up having to drive 5 hours back home, over a week and still no reply from pickup regarding complaint. Wasn't just this pitch, numerous other people on site came up to say how poor the site was for drainage and how difficult it was to get on a pitch.

喜欢: The weather

不喜欢: I understand it rains and water lies, but the pitches are as if they have just been chucked on some spare land to make money, they were water logged, you have to drive across boggy grass risking getting stuck, getting up to the eyeballs in mud setting up. The bar restaurant is very understaffed even when quite, and I would recommend remortgaging your house before your visit as the drinks are very expensive, I know your on holiday and all that, but there are pubs just down the hill where you can take kids in at half the price. Staff are friendly and like I say are under pressure as there understaffed and at the prices they charged they could easily afford more! When we booked it was advised that you can use the pool and had to book, I tried not only ringing the pool but also the site 3 weeks leading up to out stay and could not get to speak to anyone, when we arrived we were told that the pool was closed and didn't know when it would reopen, we only really booked here because they had a pool or else we would have looked for some where else. I wouldn't stay here again as stayed in alot better placed for half the price we paid Very noisey on a night time

喜欢: Quiet, clean, plenty space between pitches. Staff really friendly and welcoming.

不喜欢: Mud could do with gravelling the full pitch for getting the mohos on and off. Or maybe keep the ones with grass for tourers.

喜欢: Site was on a stunning cliff top. Good kids play areas and kids entertaining team were good. The staff were friendly

不喜欢: Toilet block has no light at doors and there is a step to trip over. Bar and restaurant were understaffed and there were long queues at bar, a lot of cocktails unavailable due to lack of ingredients.Very long waits for food with basics like fish and chips out of stock.The staff that were on site we’re working as hard as the could.
