Brook House Farm Camping and Caravan Site

喜欢: It had everything you needed nice toilets and showers. Nice site overall They have a cafe that's open during the day. Lovely people very helpful Pitch was level and nice and soft not rocky underneath

喜欢: The bar was nice and the food looked good. The staff were friendly, location was fantastic.

不喜欢: We make these comments from stay on a Bank Holiday weekend, when the ground was still very wet. For us the whole site was rather disjointed with lots of different types of accommodation jumbled together. We thought the current toilet provision was not adequate for the number of people on site and visitors to the bar.

喜欢: Very welcoming couple and the cafe/restaurant/bar is a breath of fresh air and really lovely food. The gardens and layout of the site is idyllic and wonderful.

不喜欢: However when it came to the facilities we found that there are only two showers with full toilet/basins and only one other toilet for the whole of the site. Considering the site caters for not only caravans and motorhomes, tents and lodges they definately need more dedicated toilet/shower facilites to ensure you don't end up having to wait via a que for the facilites to become free?

喜欢: A really beautiful place to stay. The Lodge we stayed in was beautiful. The cafe/bar is really warm and welcoming. And the shop is amazing. The woman that runs this is a credit to herself

喜欢: Julia is so friendly and welcoming. The site is in a beautiful location and it is a wonderfully calming space. The amenities were clean, warm and very well thought out - each room was a small bathroom with toilet, shower, basin, chair and a towel radiator. The site also has a beautiful cafe/bar and an extensive gift and clothes shop. There are plans to do more too. It is such a lovely site and we hope to visit again one day.

来自经理: The site was open but as explained on the phone I had a family emergency which meant I would not be there to greet you on arrival. When I spoke to you on the phone explaining the situation you wasn't very happy as you wanted to arrive early due to having a table booked to go for a meal. As a solution to the situation I proposed I could book you in where you was going for a meal as they are also a B&B. I refunded you £25 as a good will gesture so you could have a few drinks with your meal. You was more than happy to accept this so I am unsure why you have left a negative review.

喜欢: Beautiful views and a wonder cafe/shop very friendly hosts,

不喜欢: Limited shower block but due to be expanded over the winter periods, this does not detract from the site at all
