不喜欢: The reception was closed during opening hours on our arrival, with no clear instructions on what to do and the car barrier closed. A tiny post it note with 'Si Besoin' and a number was found stuck inside the door window. I phoned the number and left a message. I checked the notice with pitch numbers to find a suitable pitch and walked onto campsite to pitch the tent. On returning to reception 2 male staff appeared and I explained the situation. They began angrily telling me off for breaking campsite rules by entering the campsite without seeing a staff member and pitching the tent on a pitch closed due to the recent flooding of the river. They threatened to throw me off the campsite. They angrily accused me of lying, claiming I had not phoned them, until I showed them the call history on my phone. They then accused me of lying about the time of my arrival and showed me the CCTV capture of the reception area clearly showing my car parked there an hour previously. By this time I was upset and confused. My husband calmly suggested that if they stopped telling me off and instead showed me where I was allowed to camp, the tent could be moved immediately. I had no problem with moving the tent to a much nicer, if muddier pitch, close by the river, but by this time the evening of my last day in France had been ruined by the unreasonable and upsetting treatment by the campsite staff.

来自经理: Bonjour, je peux comprendre que l’accueil ne vous à pas plu, mais lorsqu'on ce permet de rentrer et de s'installer sans même avoir été enregistrer à la réception, il ne faut pas s'entendre à un super accueil, pour le reste des notes vous n'êtes pas du tout crédible aux vues des autres avis laissé par des honnête personnes, ce n'est que la méchanceté qui ressort, au plaisir de ne jamais vous reçevoir, cordialement

喜欢: Friendliness of the staff despite what they were going through. Very accommodating. Lovely site by the river. It would be hard to criticise this campsite as they were working from dawn til dusk to get the site back up and running. We wish them all the best for the future.

不喜欢: It would have been nice to have been informed before our arrival. It wouldn’t have changed our decision to stay.

喜欢: good flat pitches with plenty of shade. Very convenient location. Clean showers with plentiful hot water.

喜欢: Very clean and quiet, on a river, lovely.. i also liked that there were some large clothes airers for anyone to borrow. Little touches like this add to tge experience. A short walk into the town and a lovely boulangerie.

喜欢: Proximity to river. Lovely woodland area for dog walking. Showers / toilets very clean. Staff friendly.

不喜欢: Waste disposal point filthy including faeces

For information waste disposal point and black water are at camper's station but not in the same place, there is a grid for gray water and a trap for black water.
