A laid-back, peaceful and friendly south of France vibe is what one can expect while at Camping Borepo: it's handily placed 20 minutes’ drive from the Mediterranean coast between Villeveyrac, Saint-Pargoire and Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens, with seaside spots like Sète, Marseillan and Cap d'Agde a short and simple drive away. And if you’re into wine? Then you’ll be chuffed to hear that this scenic site is right in the middle of the in the Occitanie region’s Pays d'Oc wine region too. A family atmosphere reigns among the handsome Villeveyrac scrubland setting: kids have a paddling pool and a playground to keep them busy, and table football, billiards (small fee applies) and pétanque are around for all ages. There are pools to hand as well, or you could embark on scrubland wanders or bike rides around the Garrigue paths direct from the site. In the afternoon, settle back for lunch at the site’s seasonal restaurant-bar terrace with a cool beer or local wine; after that, take in some of the summer evening entertainment or head for dinner at the on-site restaurant. If you'd rather grill up your own locally procured goodies, you'll be able to get the basic bits you’ll need at the site’s grocery store. And for fodder in the morning? You can put in an order for fresh bread and pastries with the grocery store’s friendly staff too.

喜欢: Showers and toilets we clean and recently updated. Nice size pitches

不喜欢: Limited spoken English. Pool only open at certain hours of the day. Can't swim if you don't have the correct trunks, no shorts allowed. Only 1 domestic washing machine for the entire site. No drying facilities at all.

喜欢: Un très bon accueil. Des animations pour tous, tous les jours. Des services de qualité à proximité (piscine, terrain de pétanque, parc, bar...). Des sanitaires propres. Un camping à l'esprit familial très agréable !

喜欢: Pool and lovely view from pool. Nice large pitch with shade. Fresh vegetables on sale from previous owners who live adjacent to the site. Clean sanitary block.

不喜欢: Some parts feel a bit dated and would benefit from modernisation. Bin location is not concealed and is unsightly.

不喜欢: Pitch was overlooking the car park and recycling area, which was noisy until approximately 2am despite the campsite rules asking guests to be quiet from midnight.

不喜欢: Non c'était trop le bordel pas accueillant et trop de bruit jusqu'à 3h du matin .les enfants foute le bordel dans les douches jette des cailloux et des coups de pieds quand on se douche.pas de snack le midi ni de petit dej .

喜欢: We konden last minute terecht, waren eigenlijk te laat, maar de receptie ging open voor ons. We mochten zelf een plekje zoeken.

不喜欢: Toiletgebouw verouderd, geen wc bril op de wc.

Direct from the site you can explore the Garrigue paths on foot or from the saddle, and as you’re right in the midst of the Pays d'Oc vineyards, heaps of tours and tastings around local cellars are a cinch too. The site is well placed for family outings to the seaside, with the beaches of Mèze and the shores of the Thau lagoon around 15 minutes’ drive away and the sands and sea of Sète, Marseillan and Cap d 'Agde within 45. For a spot of l’histoire, amble toward the 12th-century former Benedictine Valmagne Abbey to see Gothic and Roman ruins (a former cellar and scriptorium) and a fine 15th-century refectory.
