Moulin des Forges

喜欢: An ideal spot for people who enjoy peace and tranquility, off the beaten track in rural France. We received a warm, friendly welcome from Colin, who showed us around the facilities including two clean shower rooms, kitchen area and provisions store . Lots of birdlife in a pretty, treed valley next to a stream. Lovely swimming pool. Our boy enjoyed the games room and rowing on the lake. We had a relaxing stop and a restful night, enjoying the place to ourselves.

喜欢: Colin was friendly and amazingly helpful - he really made us feel welcome when we arrived and spoke to us about the available pitches, telling us about when they are in sim, shade, etc. Lovely quiet location and the pool was excellent. The bathroom and shower facilities were spacious and really clean.

喜欢: Fantastic welcome and extremely helpful hosts. This is a lovely quiet little site with a nice swimming pool, clean toilets, a games room and lots of green spaces to explore.

喜欢: Lovely host who was keen to help when we arrived and gave a tour of the site. Lovely location. Lovely swimming pool.

不喜欢: Site small and bathroom facilities a little outdated. Phone signal very limited.

喜欢: Het is een heerlijk rustgevende plek. We hadden de hele dag gereden en kwamen helemaal tot rust. Fijne omgeving, goede (sanitaire) voorzieningen. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zeker een aanrader!

喜欢: Everything, Colin and Christina are fantastic hosts, booked 4 nights stayed for 6 , superb camping area , swimming pool, games room with snooker table, tv, and dart board, full use of a well equipped kitchen and fridge freezer, excellent value, also a free fishing lake, tackle provided if you don’t have your own, cannot recommend enough, if you’re in this part of France then a visit to this site is a must, will definitely go there again.

喜欢: We liked the location, our hosts and the facilities. It was such a stunning place to stay. The showers were great, lots of hot water. Toilets with seats! If you've travelled in France much you'll understand that comment. Nice quiet location in beautiful countryside. Our hosts were very friendly, even sourcing us some eggs when we didn't have any. We were only here one night as we stopped en route to somewhere else, but would have happily stayed for longer. Would have loved to have time to try the pool which looked amazing.

喜欢: Everything…charming host, great location, pretty much everything you could want is provided (incl complete kitchen facilities such as hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave!), games room, lake, fishing, country walks, a wonderful rural retreat. Would recommend 100% and would v happily return.

喜欢: The hosts have created a beautiful small and friendly place to stay. The pool is great, really good size a very clean. The facilities are great for families and make camping with small children easy and would be great if you had babies or toddlers. The games room is a real bonus and it kept the kids occupied and gave us time relax. The size of the site meant it was easy to meet other families and we have made some great friends! The host are really friendly and recommended some excellent local places. The bakery that visits the site is one of the best we've had in France- I highly recommend the award winning pie!
