Camping Les Terrasses Du Lac is on the shore of Pont-de-Salars lake, between the towns of Rodez and Millau in the south of France. The site has an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and water slides, as well as a playground, table tennis, games room, volleyball court and pétanque court. In high season there is a bar/restaurant, and staff organise kids' activities and evening entertainment. Toilet blocks have free hot showers, and there is a launderette with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a washing-up corner. As the site has direct access to the lake shore, there are lots of activities available, including swimming, fishing and canoeing.

Canoeing, kayaking and rafting trips are available on the Tarn river, around 25km away, and through the spectacular Tarn Gorges, around 40km away. Visit the Millau Viaduct and the village of Millau to see the Church of Notre-Dame de l’Espinasse and the Church of the Sacred Heart (30km). Visit the Forge de Laguiole, a famous knife factory (50km). Learn about the insect world at Micropolis park in Aveyron (25km). Visit the Roquefort caves in Aveyron to sample the famous local cheese (25km).
