Scaldersitch Farm Campsite is a small, exclusive site just 1 mile from the beautiful village of Hartington with villages stores, a cheese shop, farm shop, pubs and restaurants. There are stunning walks from the farmyard including Beresford Dale and the Manifold Valley. The farm offers 5 uniquely styled units, two yurts and 3 tipis all beautifully furnished with views of the surrounding countryside. All have an outdoor seating area and paths link you to the Old Dairy Washrooms and Old Cartshed Barn Kitchen complete with everything you need for self catering. In the camping meadows, guests will find pre-pitched tents, well spaced out for your privacy and with a central camp kitchen area with all the facilities you should need during your stay. The newly renovated Old Dairy washrooms have free hot rainfall showers, flushing toilets, hairdryers and straighteners. The attention to detail is what sets this camping site apart from others. All tents are ready prepared with real wooden handmade beds, luxury mattresses, featherdown duvets, crisp white bed linen and white fluffy towels. Just bring some food to enjoy- perhaps alfresco as barbecues are provided and firepits can be hired.
